At Silo Chickens, we want you to love your one-of-kind, handmade goodies! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

No refunds will be issued.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, & in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is received with a defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit via gift card or code.

When will I get my order?

Flex Sizing allows different sized to fit in the same shirt. Example: When a shirt is marked XL and under- this means that anyone who wears S-XL can wear it! The smaller you are, the more oversized it can be.
